Bad girl asked: I’m going on holiday to Paris. With all the Euro thingy going on, would it be better to exchange currency in the UK or would I get a better exchange rate once I’m actually abroad? BTW I’m going to Paris.

Future Mrs. Emery asked: I’m 16 years old, going on a foreign exchange to Japan for 10 months. I’m going to be getting money sent to me, but I have to find a decent or moderately easy way to exchange currencies.
I’m really stumped on this one.
I’m going to be living in Chita-shi in the Aichi-ken prefecture, and it appears to be a somewhat small city.. but it isn’t far from Nagoya and Tokai-shi. I’m just wondering what my options are, seeing as I am only 16.

Kristi asked: I have heard that most currencies generally follow a pattern of highs and lows with days of the week. Obviously there are many other factors which will often change this, but what day of the week is the USD typically at it’s lowest value? Also, how would I find out what day of the week, the Australian dollar is generally strongest?
Obviously I am trying to get an idea what day is typically best for exchanging AUD to USD. Thanks for any info.
