Can you get into criminal trouble 4 meeting someone for adult fun even though there is no currency exchange?
sophia_of_light asked:
If all parties are adults; If someone were to join adult friend finder, find an interested party or cpl for sex and met, can charges be brought on you even if there were no currency involvement or intent? What are the chances that it could be an undercover police officer waiting to bust you when you got there? What are the charges you could be arrest you for?

If adults are consenting they cannot get in trouble for having sex. That’s why web sites like adult friendfinder exist. Zach

No, it’s not prostitution unless money is exchanged for sex. There are no laws against exchanging a nice dinner for sex, which is why so many women like dating. Meaty Ochre

Depends on where you live.
Lots of bible belt states still have adultery laws.
Intent is not the correct word. you go to a swingers party there is intent.
But if there is no exchange or promise of anything then it is just a bunch of adults having sex.
Stick to a large city where they don’t have time to worry about such things.
BTW most of the time police get involved in it is because neighbors complain about noise and parking. Leslie S
