I want to send about £100.000 sterling pounds to my Bank account in India and deposit the rupee equivalent into my Indian account..What in your opinion is the most Honest and trustworthy Currency Exchange comp with the best reputation for Honesty.

Your existing Banker in UK can help you out.
In which Bank you have your account in India. City in India is of importance. That Bank may have some agency arrangement with their correspondent Bank in UK. Speak to your Bank in India to give you their UK contact and than proceed. Do the transaction in 3 installments as a matter of surety so that your funds are not held up for any unforeseen circumstances. Normally all transfer transaction are undertaken by SWIFT system - within 24 hours. amal

Xe.com are one of the biggest and I have used them many times before for US$ transfers. However you might find the banks themselves can offer you much the same deal for transaction of that amount - HSBC for example, who have operations in both countries. agent4927
