How can our Government better manage currency exchange?

We can all see that there is theif in currency exchange when all of this can be correct, but how I have a few ideas, a little help and self investigation can’t hurt right?

it has been suggested we use a system where they insert a chip into our skin and every time we make a purchase it is debited from our account. another way for the government to invade our privacy. i dont have a better suggestion for currency exchange but i do suggest better security of your money. if you dont make an investment to protect your money you’re already a victim. put a safe in your home(BOLT IT DOWN), put a short chain on your wallet, dont carry more cash or credit cards than you need. this is a start. gps trackers in your wallet are expensive but that is another good idea. yes they do make them that small. treehugger
