Judy asked: I heard i’s a ‘closed’ currency so converting it to gbp here in the uk is difficult. I have some left over tunisian cash from my travels that is worth up to £45 that I want to exchange…. where can I do that in the UK? I tried a currency exchange bureau and dthey said they dont accept tunisian… do banks do it? if so which ones?

bobby v asked:
Went to a foreign country and bought the local currency at a black market because they gave more per dollar than the banks. How do they profit if the exchange rate constantly change? What is the theory behind it?
