You should really cut out the middleman and go straight to them, as for this kind of sum they will both offer you an attractive rate and NOT charge a fee or commission like a bank will. Be sure to check at your bank in Spain the cost of receiving your funds in Euros - your bank manager may negotiate on this so be sure to agree something in writing BEFORE you do the deal.
